Course Overview

Facility Management is a 2-day short course designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of facility management. The course will cover a wide range of topics, including the functions of facility management, facility planning and design, operations and maintenance, and sustainability in facility management. Participants will learn how to identify and address challenges associated with facility management, and develop sustainable solutions that meet local needs and priorities. By the end of the program, participants will have acquired the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to effectively manage facilities in a variety of settings.
