Course Overview
Facility Management is a 2-day short course designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of facility management. The course will cover a wide range of topics, including the functions of facility management, facility planning and design, operations and maintenance, and sustainability in facility management. Participants will learn how to identify and address challenges associated with facility management, and develop sustainable solutions that meet local needs and priorities.
